Can a jacket multipul core cable using all same color wires?

Here we have a customer customized wire harness with both sides using JST SUR connectors, cable using 4 core PVC jacket 32AWG cable, inner wire colors are red, white, green, and black, and out jacket are white. Actually, white jacket cables are rarely used, but, when a customer wants such color, we still customize for them.

This is the drawing we made out.

The first step is to make the sample, but this is a custom cable, if we make a sample for customer test, the costs will be much more expensive, therefore, we suggest placing a trial order of 100pcs directly, you know, trial order of 100pcs only used 60 meters, no standard cable that could find out in the market, and no any cable factory willing to accept such quantity order if we are not a trust partner relationship, because extrusion out only 60 meters wire, materials lost during the commissioning of equipment, labor costs will be much more expensive, that is key point cable factory are not willing to accept small quantity order. finally, our supplier made it for us, but the price will be a bit of expensive than normal, this makes sense.

A trial order was sent to the customer and test it, all works ok.

But the customer has a new idea, they wanna all inner wire colors to be the same, simple and pretty.

Is it possible?

From the drawing, we see this cable are 4 core jacket cable, with 4 inner wires covered by the PVC jacket, if all wires change to all colors, like black, we can recognize one side connector pin location, but on the other side, we don't know which wires are seat pin 1, 2, 3, and 4. right? even if we could find a way to mark it, the process time will be much longer than expected. except all wires have the same function, no need to clarify their pin locations.
